Ohio's Families and Children Rule Review Site

How To Comment

To make an initial comment

Choose and click on the rule on which you want to comment in the list on the HOME page.  When the rule opens, highlight the section of the rule on which you want to comment.  You will be directed to enter your first and last name and e-mail address to start the comment process.  Your account information will not be accessible to other users but your account WILL be associated with any comments you choose to provide. When you finish highlighting, you will be taken to a comment box in which you may record your comments.  Enter your name in the name box and record your comments or question in the comment box. When you are finished, enter the text displayed in the blue image in the box to verify that you are a real person and click “Save Comment.”  If you do not want your comment registered, click “Cancel.”

To comment on another person’s comment

You may  vote to disagree or agree with other comments registered for a rule and you may register your own comments on comments made by others.   Comments made by other site users are listed in the column to the right of each rule.  To see which section of the rule the comment relates to, move your cursor over the small box icon that appears under the comment.  You may then vote to agree (thumb up) or disagree (thumb down) by clicking the appropriate icon at the upper right of the comment. To view discussion on the comment and/or leave your own comments, click the balloon icons under the comment.

We encourage you to check back to provide comments or participate in discussions with other stakeholders as often as you like.
