Article V.E. Add the following situation to notify the Agency "j. The child's medication has changed."

I disagree with adding "j" to Article V E, Provider Responsibilities. Article V E, Provider Responsibilities.is intended to address "emergency situations" and a change in a child's medication is not an emergency.

If the Master Contract Review Group believes the issue of Medications has shown itself to be a problem (i.e., PCSA's not being informed or approval not being sought for certain meds, etc.) I would agree that it needs to be addressed Contractually BUT not as a part of Article V E.
