(B) - OUCCAS recommends removing the hour requirement from the rule and including a list of required content areas, such as: • Supervising case practice • Screening reports of child abuse, neglect, or dependency • Laws, Rules, Regulations • Leadership Fundamentals • Trauma-Informed Supervision • Team Development • Managing Conflict • Leading Change • Team Development • Professional Development of Staff • Data Informed Supervision • Accountability in Supervision • Racial, Equity, and Inclusion in Supervision • Case Consultation and Critical Thinking • Clinical Supervision (E) Consider requiring that training activities be connected to individual or county needs assessment. (F) “ “…approved domestic violence training courses LISTED WITHIN the statewide LMS.” (G) - “…approved human trafficking course LISTED WITHIN the statewide LMS.”
