This should be adapted to include IV-E Court and delinquency time frames. Delinquency complaints are often mailed into the court, and the first hearing is scheduled within 30 days. At that point, court staff do not have any information about the family that is required to complete a case plan. Adjudication and disposition can take additional weeks to months to occur, depending on the court and attorney's schedules, assessments, staffings, etc.
