5101:2-38-05.2 PCSA Family Case Plan requirements for Kinship Guardianship Assistance Program (KGAP)

Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) rule 5101:2-38-05.2 will be posted for pre-clearance review/comment for a 14 day period. This rule was created to address case plan requirements for the kinship guardianship assistance programs.
